Thanks guys for all your help.
I figured it out!
1.  Select the disk in the table.
2.  Select the partition tab with VO space
3.  Select 2 from the pop up menu
4.  Here's where it gets tricky.  Interact with the scroll area
5.  VO space on the first partition.  The splitter allows you to adjust the 
relative sizes of the partitions.
5.  Leave the scroll area (un-interact).
6.  The name, type and size of the partition should now be visible.
7. Select the next partition by interacting with scroll area and VO space on 
it.  

That did the trick.
