Annie, In either Pages or TextEdit, highlight the line break and copy. Open Find/Replace. Paste the line break into the Find field. Enter the replacement character in the repalce with: field. Don't leave it blank as you'll get words smushed together. Press Replace All.
Note, you may have to put in your own paragraph indicators if you want the text broken up by paragraph. The program will ignore these. Undo if not satisfied.
