This is for anyone who wishes to make E-mail rules glogally using I Cloud.

1. Go to wWw.Icloud.com. Then log in to your Icloud account.

Find the button that says get mail.

2. Make sure you interact with the mail frame.

3. There will be a list of buttons. Such as mail preferences mail account etc.

4. find the add rule button and make sure your Voice Over cursor is there by
routing it if you have to and VO shift F3 to click it.

5. Here is the tricky bit. you have to select the CC and address field or from
field as there are a list of buttons. once selected, you go in to the edit
field by pressing tab. then you paste the name of the list such as the APPLE
For beginners E-mail address and then VO right until you get to choose folder
pop up button. Select the folder where you want your mail to go. This means
before you even do this process, you go in to the list of your mailboxes on
your Mac and create a new folder. Once all this is done, VO right to the done
button. then VO left again until you find another done button.

You follow all these steps again if you want to add more rules for whatever
mailing list you are on. Each time you do this, your list of rules will show. A
bit more messing about if you want to edit rules as you have to click the right
mail rule you set up with routing your VO mouse. A bit hard to do but you get
there.

This is the global way of doing it, as you can set rules using your Mac but you
might want to use your I phone or Ipad to collect mail.

Let me know how it goes. I have done this from memory as I am at work using
windows. I will send this to the Apple for beginners and Macvisionary list as
someone was asking the same questions.
