As a matter of fact there is a way to do just that. I have written a Perl program that will take a Bookshare XML file of a book and output a proper DTBook XML file that can then be used with DAISY Pipeline to generate a full text/full Audio book using Alex or other TTS voices on Mac, Windows or Linux.
