Hello Denise, I don't read a lot of PDFs, but as long as they're not in two columns or anything awkward like that, I can read line by line or sentence by sentence etc just fine. The important thing is to interact with the text. I don't know whether it makes a difference, but I have my mouse set to ignore the other cursors.
