I have to comment here that partitioning with voiceover is most certainly NOT useless. I do it all the time with external drives and have done it with my internal drive on occasion. I don't have time right now to write more, but it involves how you interact and tab; it might be a bit challenging but it isn't at all undoable with voiceover. It's much more tricky if you are resizing though because (1) you can't resize in such a way to make your partition that already has data on it too small to hold the data any more; (2) if you try to resize and put in a text value this often won't be the exact figure that you really need for resizing; and (3) if you actually have free space that isn't even partitioned somewhere this makes it more complicated yet. However, it definitely is possible to partition using voiceover and it gets easier the more you do it. This includes writing your names in the title text fields too.
