And to use a shared drive on another machine, simply show the sidebar in 
Finder. Go to it, find the sharing section of the table, and the drive should 
appear there. Again, you can even share a Windows computer's disk drive, just 
by installing a small utility from Apple. Also, it bears repeating that Apple 
has some kind of ridiculous restriction which stops Remote Disk from working 
for playing or ripping music or movies. It works fine for software, but media 
is blocked for some reason.
