Hi Alex,

As far as I'm aware, you only have access to the keychain of the user that you 
are currently logged in to.  So, I believe what it's telling you to do is to 
change the password using the method you started doing, then mess with the 
keychain after you get into the other account.  What I sully do is just login 
to the other account, then promptly change it's password again which will, by 
default, reset the keychain for that account.  Sometimes you'll get keychain 
errors when you try to login to the account right after the initial password 
change, but you can usually escape your way through those errors.
