The Fit-Headless is the HDMI adaptor; it plugs into the HDMI port and has no other end. Presumably if you wanted to use a telly you could without one of these; the whole point is to avoid the silly performance degradation that results from having no monitor attached at all. And of course audio comes from the usual audio jack or speakers; the device doesn't output anything itself.
