Hi,

If I'm understanding correctly, you're using the same Apple ID but want your 
iMessages to remain private.  If that's the case, you would also have multiple 
phone numbers attached to that same Apple ID.  So, on your Mac, in the Messages 
app, go to Preferences in the Accounts pane.  Select your Apple ID from the 
Accounts table, make sure the Settings tab is selected, then go down to the 
"You Can be Reached for Messages" table and Interact with it.  Check the box 
for your phone number and uncheck all others.  You can do similar things on 
various iDevices so that only specific addresses receive messages on each 
device.  I have my devices set to usually only use my iPhone phone number so 
messaging doesn't become confusing.
