Hello Chenelle, You can download songs from the rhapsody app onto your iPhone. But you can only listen to them using the rhapsody app. The advantage to downloading is that you don't need a network connection to listen to the songs you've downloaded.
Remember that the rhapsody songs are not visible to iTunes.
