The Nuance Vocalizer Expressive voices for Siri are Nicky and Aaron for the
US female and male, respectively. Apple seem to have exclusive use of these
for now. I expect this is an advantage of their partnership.

I actually was thinking about the new male voice they came out with a
while back, but have no idea what speech engine he uses, or if it's a
