Hi, Things to note with the process outlined.
* No it should not affect your BootCamp partition if you properly select Macintosh HD to be the target volume. * a caution with this method is that if you do, for whatever reason, need to format the entire drive, thus losing your Recovery Partition, this installer will not be able to create a new Recovery Partition. * only the built-in terminal utility "CreateDiskMedia" resource or DiskMaker X is able to create the Recovery Partition in the installation process.
