Yeah I’ve been using it.  NDA is a lot looser than it used to be, but I 
still don’t think I can say much about what I find from using it.  From 
what I can understand, anything shown at WWDC can be discussed.

I ran across the introduction to lldb and the swift repl session video on 
youtube the other night.  Do a google search for lldb repl and you should 
find it pretty easily.
