The Focus 40 Blue is a pretty good display. It does both bluetooth and USB for if yo were going to use it with the computer as well. Also, they have recently added the ability to switch between the two so you could go from the phone to the PC and back easily. I think the big issue might be whether or not voiceover supports using braille in other languages more so than the display, as I would assume all languages still use the same 6 or 8 dots of braille.
