Hi, I don't believe that you'll find a more VO compatible mail client. There are other clients around with varying levels of accessibility. The Apple Mail client normally polls two sources for auto-completion of addresses, the Contacts app and the Previous recipients list. You can view the Previous Recipients list from the Window menu in your Mail app. This should be populated automatically as messages are sent but there could be issues there.
