Hi,

The "show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases" item is just after the "Apps" checkbox 
and just before the "Sync Playback across devices" item when navigating with 
VO-right/left.  Regarding the downloading of albums, I believe that if you 
didn't download them right away, you'll need to download them individually in 
either the Songs view or from within a playlist with those songs present.
