Hi there, my name is Jean-Philippe Rykiel, I'm a musician and I don't have a Mac yet. I would like to hear about folks who switched from Windows to Mac and what made them prefer the Apple. I must say I'm quite happy with my PC and the reason I joined this list was to find out about improvements in Snow Leopard regarding professional musical applications. As far as surfing and mailing, I know that the Mac has better virus protection than PCs, I know that the max speech synthesiser sounds much better. but is it really better in accessibility?
