Itunes has been saying it's restoring my iPhone 5 for about 6 hours now. There is no indication of any progress. Its software was up to date (IOS7.1.1) when it went into recovery mode. My Mac is an older (2008) MBP15 running Mountain Lion and the build of Itunes before the latest. Nothing seems to be working. What the HECK do I do with this thing, other than blow it up or toss it under a train?
