Hi, In my FineReader Pro, when I open the "about" window, it says serial number but I guess product ID might be same. It has 5 or 6 groups of 4 letters or numbers separated by hyphens. The field with the serial number or product ID is immediately after the field which gives you the version number.
Hope this helps.
