Hello Alex,

As far as I know, the slave machine should be running TeamViewerQS (TeamViewer 
Quick Support) and the master should be running TeamViewer. The TeamViewerQS 
user gives an ID and password to the TeamViewer user after which the master can 
see the slave's screen and control that computer. The master has to turn VO off 
to be able to control the slave using VO.
