Hi, In order for rules to sync across devices, you'll need to create these rules at the web interface level instead of the individual app level. That is, if you create the rule in Mail on your Mac, it is not applied to any other Mac nor your iDevices. Whereas, when you create the rule at the web-interface point, these rules get applied prior to reaching your Mac or iDevice thus all devices are synced.
