Copying all, after hiding columns, did what I wanted. However, VO had a very hard time reading the resulting text once I pasted it into my email, so I have no idea how it was formatted. Looks like I'll still need Applescrit if I want to have more control over the copied text. I don't mind writing a script, I just wasn't sure if it already existed in some other form.
