I didn't even know they had braille catalogues, or had catalogues at all. I used to get braille ones all the time from schwans, which I loved for a while, but eventually had to stop them sense I stopped reading them and they came in this huge volume that took forever to page through, but thought it was amazing that they offered them. I think that's amazing that so many more companies are offering that. I've noticed that as well about amazon's customer service though, but never really had trouble with them until I got a hold of someone in the mp3 downloads department who had such a heavy accent that I couldn't understand her, and when I asked to be transferred to someone else, she hung up on me, which I called back and reported while continuing my ongoing issue of trying to get help with downloading the files, which was never resolved thanx to cloud player not being accessible, and mp3 downloder refusing to work.
