May,

Currently, given all of the issues discussed in previous posts to this
thread, I have elected to run Windows 7 using Fusion. In short, One
launches Windows 7 as if it were another application. In fact, one can
access the SL Desktop while at the same time having access to Windows 7
using Jaws. It's really quite amazing. I have gone so far as to install
Office 2007, Skype, and a host of other Windows based apps in my virtual
copy of Windows 7.

I believe the rule of thumb is that, for best results, one should have at
least 2GB of ram on board. Windows 7 is rated to work very well on 1GB of
RAM as evidenced by its stunning performance on PC NetBooks.

Ok, will it make my mac run slower though if I use fusion instead of
bootcamp?

Man, why can't everything work for mac as well. Really don't want
windows on this computer, lol.
