I agree, those are good places to go. The thing I would say though is learn 
VoiceOver and explore. I use methods that none of the podcasts suggest, which I 
found through trial and error David Woodbridge's podcasts on Applevis or Vision 
Australia will show you basic methods which you can learn quite quickly, but 
there are so many other tricks
