Hi,

To set those times, use your tab key.  That is, once you've entered the 
Description and the MAC address of the device you wish to limit, press the tab 
key to move between the time fields.  Once in one of the time fields, you need 
to enter the time in the format "8:45 pm" or whatever time you wish, of course. 
 It seems to require the complete time with the colon and the am or pm.
