Hi, The iPod Touch doesn't include a built-in microphone, GPS, or camera. I think those are the biggest differences aside from the phone functionality. There's a great discussion of the iPod Touch on a recent Serotalk podcast at http://serotalk.com/2009/09/16/access-to-itunes-9-0-is-here/
