You really might want to consider Nisus writer Pro. Although Pages is much 
improved over where it used to be, I generally find it takes a lot of work to 
get things done. Nisus writer is very straight forward and totally accessible. 
It's not cheap so experiment with the trial version to make sure it does what 
you want. debs are very responsive too.
