Just today I brought up the context menu on a file in my dropbox and, wouldn't you know, there was a menu option for retrieving past versions. I gave it a cursory look, but didn't put much time into it. I don't recall if i was in windows or MacOSX at the time either, but it looks like the dropbox folder has the past versions option in the right-click menu.
