The third way is to use cmd-semicolon. This jumps to the next misspelled word. You can then either vo-shift-m, or move to the end of the word and use the suggestions that pop up. Down arrow to get to them, then left or right arrow to the one you want, and press enter. As Chris said, this is pretty much everywhere across the OS, from Text Edit to Safari (though it isn't fully working in Safari, for me anyway). Also, vo-e moves to misspelled words, but I never use it as cmd-semicolon is easier to press and does the same thing, plus is not a vo command.
