I have been trying to purchase AVG Anti Virus and Spyware and when I press the buy button I get the message "make sure the Virtual Machine's configuration allows guest hosts" I have checked the archives, searched using google tried to get around in the VMWAre support and can't seem to find an answer.
I have also looked under preferences and the Window's settings using "command e" I am pretty sure that VMWare tools are installed but cannot figure out how to access them. What am I missing? Any assistance in correcting this configuration issue would be greatly appreciated. Note I am using Windows 8.1 and VmWare Fusion 6.
