Hi,

Two things, first, the newest pages only works with Mavericks, so, if you're 
running Mavericks then you can try the next option, otherwise, you're out of 
luck until you upgrade to Mavericks.  If you do have Mavericks, then go into 
the AppStore, press cmd-4 to open the Purchases pane and Interact with the 
Purchases table.  The newest Pages should be downloadable through there.  There 
should be an Install button to the far right of the Pages app row in that 
table.  Note that your older version of Pages is not removed when this is 
downloaded so if you don't want it anymore, you'll need to delete it manually 
from within the iWork 09 folder that is created when the new Pages is 
downloaded.
