Hi, If you're talking about archiving in Gmail, then they get labeled accordingly the GMail's Archive box and you can access them either through the web-interface of Gmail or from the Archive section in your Mailboxes in Apple Mail. If the Archive mailbox is not showing up for you, then you'll need to enable it in the Settings page of your Gmail account on their web-interface.
