Yo You are welcome, Christina. I too would like to know about page an down in TextEdit. As for PDF and in Preview, you have to go to your toolbar where after interacting with it you have previosu and next buttons you can press. I think there's a shortcut key for it in the menus but I tried it and it didn't work for me. It might be just me.
