Yes, Nearly impossible and documentation is non-existent. I have never once gotten it to work on any mac, though I have gotten it to run successfilly on windows.
They are aware of the issues. We just need two things. one, users to pound down the door letting the developers know how much interest there is in this development. Donations might not hurt, especially coming from transcription centres. Two, people with the time and expertese to fix what needs fixing and/or the patience to test on as many macs as possible.
