I had that happen to me once with my iPhone a long time ago. I cleared my app 
switcher of any apps running in the background. Then I shut my phone off and 
restarted it after a few minutes. Then I hooked my phone up to the computer and 
installed the update without any problems. I don't know if turning the phone 
off and back on did anything but I did it just in case. :)
