These procedures are not screenreader specific. They are only meant to show you 
how to map and insert key into windows from the Mac side. I don't know what 
window eyes uses but it must you some kind of modifier key. Jaws happens to use 
the  insert key or caps lock. As does NVDA. However, Mac does not pass the caps 
lock key over two windows, so you really need an insert   key or another means 
of creating a caps lock key and windows such as the sharp keys program.
