Last I used it, it worked OK in Windows. The thing with that transfers and
deposits link is that if you aren't looking for the options underneath it
after you click the link, one might think it never activated. It remains yet
to be seen how else Capitalone starts to change what we knew as INGDirect
for so long.

Ok, this is how I have found to make it work. When you have the screen
up with the from and to buttons, do the to button first. The issues with
both is as soon as you flick up on the ticker, the screen refreshes and
so you have to flick right again to the ticker, and do this until you get
to the account you want to transfer to. Then go back and tap on the from
button, and it will behave the same way the to button just did. If you
click the from button first it will never work.
