Download and unzip the file. Inside there is both an AppleScript and Application version. Run either one and select the .rfbd file that is downloaded from RFB&D website when you request to download a book. It will then start up a download job in the background and place the downloaded book into your Downloads directory of your home directory.
I can take quite some time for the download to finish depending on the size of the book.
