I think that is permanent. If you already owned an iWork app, you own it and 
can upgrade for free, as with all iOS or Mac apps. Well, developers can charge 
for upgrades, but they have to release new apps to do so. Anyway, the bottom 
line is that I don't believe there is a limit for that offer.
