I have a question. How can you access information that pops up from hovering over a particular area with the mouse pointer?
Also, I am pretty sure you can access the dictionary via spotlight. vo plus m plusm plusm I do not know if this works, but try highlighting the word, then try accessing the context menu with vo plus shift plusM.
