Hi All; It's been brought to my attention, as well as being mentioned on- list just today, that some users seem to be responding privately to list posts, thereby causing list responses to go into people's private inboxes.
One reason for this, may be that the 'reply all' command is being used to respond, rather than the 'reply' command. The proper preferred way to respond to list mail for MacVisionaries, is to simply use the 'reply' command in Mail, which is the command r keystroke. If you use the same keystroke with the shift key, you'll be using the 'reply all' command, which will send a copy privately to the sender of the note as well as one to the list. This is *not* what you should be doing. Unless you really do want to contact that person off the list, please please please do use the command r keystroke, which will reply only to the list.
