Scot, I'm not having any problems and if anything, it seems to be working a little better. Page and section breaks are now announced, and vo-shft- m works correctly now. It's possible that this was fixed in one of the IWork updates and I didn't notice, but I doubt it.
One thing that I've seen sense upgrading that's quite a bit different is that each page is now treated as a group by vo. So after you interact with the lay-out area, you will have to interact with the page in order to get to the header, body, and footer. I doubt that those changes would be throwing you off though.
