No, pan Right and pan left replace the line of Braille entirely by
moving it right or left. You can't move a Braille display along one
word at a time.

Not as such. You interact with the table, then go to the Braille key
whose function you want to change, and click on the menu button. You
then have a choice of all the VO commands, including all the Braille
commands. Press Return on the one you want to assign to that key.

That's right.

You should be able to read a whole web page by panning right all the
time. Perhaps you should set your navigation to DOM mode. I've set a
shortcut in Keyboard Commander to switch modes quickly. When
navigating with VO, I prefer Groups mode, but when reading articles on
the web, I prefer DOM mode as VO-a will read the whole article
correctly that way. In Groups mode, VO-a puts all the links at the end
of each group which makes nonsense of the piece.

By the way, Dutch Braille should be available for SL in the near future.

Cheers,

Anne
