Hi, if you're trying to use  an smtp  server other than your ISP's  
server, some ISP's block the use of port 25 on other servers but  
their's,  If this is a case, try putting in your ISP's server  
instead.  As far as other mail clients that are accessible with  
Voiceover, I really, don't htink you have nay other choices.   
Applemail  is what most Voiceover users, if not all, primarily use.   
THink there's one person on list here, that manages to use Eudora for  
the  Mac, even though it isn't very accessible.  If you want a good  
accessible client, i'd say Mail would  be you're best choice.  .
