Well whadda ya know, we were agreeing all along lol! The original paragraph I wrote about asking Apple to remove the feature was only really there to help explain why as much as I'd like it to not exist, I'd find it impossible to explain to Apple why that's the case, because no matter how well somebody wrote the request, I don't think they'd get it. We don't even disagree on that part, I won't be having a shot at persuading Apple to ditch it.
