Hi all, Following Esther's message, I decided to take another run at upgrading, since what she said coincided with what I had been told from the guy at my local apple store.. this time, when I pulled up the page, it came right up, justas the person at the Apple storehad described. So who knows. Given what Anna posted, it sounds like I'm not the only one who experienced this glitch, but hopefully the site is back up to stay. Cheers, Donna
