Hello all,

Well, after more fussing, my problems persist. When I start up my
Mac, I see the message "Core Services UI Agent, Skype was downloaded
from the intewrnet, do you want to Open?" I press cancel to try and
keep it from opening. I have tried everything! I have now deleted
Skype from the Applications folder, but I can't delete the dmg file
from the downloads folder. I have tried ejecting it according to Dan
and Jim's directions, but Command E doesn't work, and the option to
eject it shows up as dimmed in the menu. I also cannot delete the
alias for Skype that I created for my desktop. Anyone have any other
thoughts? anyone know what Core Services UI Agent is?
Thanks,
Donna
