Hi Soren,

Setting a second marker doesn't select anything. Once you set your
second marker, press Command and either Left or Right Arrow to extend
your selection to the previous or next marker. Then pressing Space
will play what is selected if you use the default playback setting,
which is to play the selection if there is one. Another useful command
is E, which shows you how the recording will sound if you delete what
is selected. You can change how much audio is played, as well as
playback settings, in Amadeus Pro System PReferences on the General tab.

As for moving a marker, I tried moving to the marker I wanted to move
using Option and Left or Right Arrow, pressing Command-Shift-M, and
changing the time in the Location edit box. This doesn't actually move
the marker, but it adds one in the location I specified. Once you know
this is happening, you can work around it. For example, let's say you
want to move the marker at the beginning of your selection a tenth of
a second to the left, change the time in the location edit box by
decreasing the tents of second column by 1 (''625 becomes ''525, for
example). Now press Option-Left Arrow to move to your new marker.
Then press Command-Right Arrow twice to select from that marker
through the one you originally set to the one at the end of your
selection.

HTH,
Anna
